LOW-INCOME SECTOR BOARD MEMBER RECRUITMENTS
District 1 Low-Income Sector
First District communities are: San Buenaventura, Montalvo, Saticoy, Ojai Valley, City of Ojai, Upper Ojai Valley, Riverpark, Northwest Oxnard, North Coast and West Lockwood Valley.
CAVC is currently recruiting for a District 1 Board Member and Alternate to be seated for a three-year term.

District 2 Low-Income Sector
Second District communities are:Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Oak Park, Bell Canyon, Hidden Valley, Lake Sherwood, Somis, Las Posas Valley, California State University Channel Islands, Portions of the Oxnard Plain, Santa Rosa Valley, Naval Base Ventura County Point Mugu, California Air National Guard and South Coast.
The next full recruitment for District 2 will be in October 2014 for a Board Member and Alternate o be seated in November 2014 for a three-year term.

District 3 Low Income Sector
Third District communities are: Camarillo, Port Hueneme, Southeast Oxnard, East Oxnard Plain, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Piru, East Lockwood Valley, and the eastern portion of Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme.
The next full recruitment for District 3 will be in October 2013 for a Board Member and Alternate o be seated in November 2013 for a three-year term.

Fourth District communities are: Simi Valley, Moorpark, Santa Susana Knolls, Box Canyon, Chatsworth Peak, Home Acres, Sinaloa Lake and Tierra Rejada Valley.

Fifth District communities are: Oxnard, Oxnard Shores, Mandalay Bay, Silver Strand, Hollywood Beach, Hollywood By the Sea, Channel Islands Harbor, El Rio, Nyeland Acres, Del Norte Area, Oxnard College, Oxnard Plain, Strickland and a portion of Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme.
